2.      Product safetyPrecautions

The following requirements are made to ensure safe and effective use of the product.

2.1 Print head

1To avoid Termal printing head is corroded, do not touch the surface of the heat body by hand.

3) Keep the surface of heating element dry. If water enters accidentally, please turn off the power immediately.

4) The printer must not print without paper, otherwise it will seriously damage the printing cots and thermal print heads.

2.2 Printing paper

2Print paper needs to be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture.

3In order to ensure the printing quality and product life, it is recommended to use the thermal printing paper recommended by the manufacturer. Print rolls should have paper shafts.

4Thermal print paper content preservation period is generally only a few months, choose long-lasting thermal printing paper can be limited to extend the storage time.

2.3Exception handling in use

1When paper jams due to inappropriate paper installation or paper quality issues, turn off the printer and wait10After the print head cools down in seconds or so, open the paper silo to clean up the paper jam and reload the paper.

2)When the printing process is terminated unexpectedly, the printer must be restarted to recover.

3) If any abnormality is found during use, please turn off the printer. If it cannot be turned off, please remove the battery and forcibly turn it off.
